Nugget is a simply gorgeous tweenie wire hair dachshund puppy. He is about 6 months old, is neutered and current on vaccinations. He was rescued from Animal Control, who saved him from the streets.

Nugget is still a puppy, so he is not house-broken, but he does very well in a crate. Expect puppy-behaviors. He is an awesome little guy who is ready for a home who will cherish him and love him forever. When you're not giving him the attention he knows he deserves, he will 'air bark' until you give him the lovin' he wants! Nugget is a hillarious little dog who finds entertainment in anything- a blade of grass, a paper bag, a shadow... you name it. He is an awesome puppy. He was recently groomed- all the photos except the last one- show him shaved down. The last one is a 'before' picture of him. Cute either way! Grooming is not a big issue for wires- if you allow their hair to grow, it needs to be brushed once per week. If you like the 'groomed' look, a trip to the groomers every 4-6 months is all it takes. They are pretty low-maintenance!
